I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The highlight was definitely the dinner, which was an amazing Japanese Kaiseki feast. Every dish was exceptional, showcasing the finest flavors and showcasing the culinary expertise. The traditional Ryokan-style accommodation provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with the futon prepared for a restful night's sleep. The Onsen was a great addition, offering a large and relaxing space to unwind after a long day.
Highly recommend this place for its excellent service, delicious food, and traditional atmosphere.

The breakfast had a great variety of food options including local dishes. There was also a hot spring bath which was a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel is located in a quiet area with beautiful nature surroundings and easily accessible by public transportation.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful during our stay. We had trouble with our room key and they did not seem to want to help us fix the issue.

We stayed at a quaint Japanese inn surrounded by nature and close to a hot spring, which was great. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the large hot spring with multiple pools. the rooms were clean and had a good view of the river.
The in-house restaurant was inflexible and did not provide a menu, so we had to go out to find food.
